Please note, these questions are primarily concerning the multiplayer. - Why in the server list, does it have a number of servers being displayed beside a BIGGER number in brackets? (even when i have all my filters being reset) - How do I drop shot? What is the recommendatory button layout for drop shotting during game play? - What is the recommended button layout? (not necessarily in regards to drop shotting, just for the easiest game play) of course on a regular QWERTY keyboard. - I run a computer with 6G of DDR3 Ram, 64-bit, 2.7GHz, Dual-Core, with an ASUS EAH5750 Graphics card ( 1 GB of dedicated RAM just on the card), so all in all, a computer that is relatively prepared for gaming efficiency (one would think) - With those specs I still face riduculous amounts of lag even when I am only selecting the servers in which I have the best connection to (lowest ping). I have played many console games in the past, i understand that lag cannot be prevented to a certain extent, but it had become such a big problem I had to ask. How can you reduce this? I close every open program and thing consuming even the slightest amount of virtual memory aside from steam and the game itself. ( and before you suggest it, yes i do still experience this lag when running in SAFE MODE) - Can I increase the quality of my hit detection while i am playing online? in relation to the last note, I can log in to a server, play fluently for the first while, but as soon as i engage in combat or someone engages is me, there is sparatic lag, ( how convenient right?) - how do i type a message to only my team? - Why is there this constant feedback noise in my headset? I am using a Microsoft Lx-Chat 3000 and I did go into sound settings and specifiy that I am using a headset, but there is still CONSTANT noise in the back ground of every game I play, it seems to differ from map to map, but there is always some form of noise. (almost sounds like feedback?) - why is there like 9000 servers if only a quarter of them get used? - How do I join a clan? - Why is hardcore mode so prevalent? - How does one record gameplay on the PC? (online multiplayer gameplay) Thats all I have, I will probably remember more later, I apreciate you taking the time to read this far, and I will ask that when answering any of these questions please make reference to which (obviouslly there is A LOT) you are answering.
